What's the role?
As a competitive, target driven individual, this role will prepare you for leadership in the SaaS space. You will need to lead by example, generating opportunities for your region and in turn, inspire and motivate your team members around you to succeed in utilizing best practices. A key skill set for this role will be to build out your Sales team through your ability to remove any barriers, whether a knowledge gap or customer issue, and ensure your team is supported and successful.

Built on leading Java technology, dotCMS is an open-source, hybrid-headless content management system that gives developers the flexibility of a headless CMS while equipping marketers with no-code visual content authoring. Who are we, really?
We call ourselves “dotters” (like dotCMS, get it?). We’re like-minded individuals from diverse backgrounds that just want to build the most agile, scalable and secure content management system that makes the lives of our customers simpler. We’re true remote workers and have been so for 15+ years. We like to work from remote locations while enjoying the beautiful views of new countries, and a few times a year we like to get together in Costa Rica for our regular off-sites to blow off some steam as a group. Finally, we prefer to stay authentic to ourselves and that is why we mean every word when we describe our identity.
